Want to either get the above card and use it to replace my two ATI cards with my P5Q MB or get the following MB and use my two existing ASUS 3650 graphics cards

I'd stick with the nVidia screamer, darn expensive though! I'd rather go with the EVGA GeForce GTX 260 896MB 448-bit if you're going to spend that kind of money, the specs are way better, lower clocks but more stream processors and memory but I have no experience with either, yet.
I think it's time to put your 3650's on the auction block, I wouldn't spend more bucks to be able to use them. I know it must be painful but either of those above cards will singly beat them 3650s hands down. I know you want to fold and you'll knock the crap out of me with either.
I've heard from Fred_G that 8800GT's are going for $80 each now somewhere, you may want to look at getting a couple of those if the price pans out.
Oh, the GTX 260 is a big card, make sure you have room for it.

I'd look into a GTX 260 Core 216. They are very similar in performance to the GTX 280 and perform better than the standard GTX 260.

I was considering this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6814130398 which is similar to the XFX card and $40 less. I realize there is a 90 MHz difference in clock speed between the two

Thats a very nice card. I prefer eVGA actually. The only reason I pointed out the other one was because of the clock speed. I wasn't sure how important it is to you.

Hopefully they will get some more of this card
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6814130398
When I went to order it, it showed it was in stock and then after I ordered it I went to check my email for confirmation and received an email stating it was actually out of stock at the time of my order, but that they would honor the price since it showed that it was in stock even though it wasn't. I submitted and auto-notification request so hopefully it won't be to long before they get some more in.
