Me neither Xstream but did a Google:

What is Joomla! ?
Joomla! is an award-winning Content Management System (CMS) that will help you build websites and other powerful online applications. Best of all, Joomla! is an open source solution that is freely available to everybody.

yeah, I looked that up too, but not real clear, I'd like to see some example sites, and an install guide.

Check out www.mandevillebroadcasting.com. I used Joomla to get it going in under an hour.

Basically, you unpack Joomla to your site's root directory and it gives you a quick starting point. You can download themes and stuff for it or re-write the CSS on your own. I don't know how I would have set up the site without Joomla, it really seemed to simplify things. And if it doesn't work for you, you can always delete it.

didnt like joomla, installed it, but it didnt seem to do what I wanted.
Now I need template help. I downloaded this for free
http://www.freetemplatesonline.com/temp ... 5792aa.zip
you can see it here
http://www.freetemplatesonline.com/templates/125.html
the problem is that I'm having trouble editing it, trying to figure it out the way I want it. I'll keep you posted.
