Best Distro
Hey what is the best linux Distro if one is to opt for linux.
Please post your favourites out here.

It's been long since I last used Linux. About a year ago. Hehehe...
Personally, I prefer SuSe since it provides the best administration interface.
The second place would be Mandriva (formerly Mandrake) since it provides a good fail-safe interface.
I heard Ubuntu is worth a try too. Hmm... I think I'm gonna try it soon.

If you're just starting out then PcLinuxOS would be the best as it's the most Windows like. Kubuntu is pretty good too.

When you install Linux Mint 9. Are really ready to go. Already has all the codecs to view video files, music, etc. A true test of how he is ready, its going to YouTube directly after installing the operating system. And if you can watch YouTube videos right after the installation is complete, more or less good to go.
