Please start your own topic for support with problems you experience. Even if it appears to be exactly the same as someone else's problem, system configurations differ significantly.
The main reason for me making this request though is that our support staff (myself included), often see a reply to an old topic as being a response to that original posters problem and not a new request for assistance. As a result, your response can go unnoticed.
