However, I have been wrong before. But I did go to my paypal account and it says nothing of the sorts that the email states. But the bold-ed text in the letter was a nice touch. lol

those guys are getting better, this one nearly had me... and that link addy was almost close enough... almost.. still I wont use any links in any emails EVER.. when I get these (even legit ones) I always go to the site and log into my account, and check for my self.
