My site fix was going very smoothly but when I added some more text to the center section under Site Fix August 14th the right section and bottom moved too! I thought I could move the code for the center to the last on the index but I thought if I added anything to the left or right side everything else would move. Please help PLEASE! I'm so tired of these problems I just wish I knew how to do it right.

You might want to start with the W3C validation services for CSS and HTML.
There are a number of errors, including a "No Doctype" error, which is working against you.

The first one will probably work, but when you go to validate, the validator will tell you if it's correct.
You might also want to look at Tidy, an HTML validator and correction app.
http://www.w3.org/People/Raggett/tidy/
HTML applications like HTML- Kit, have tidy built-in to help you as you go along.
Sites like these have been a big help to me:
