How To Convert A RAR file Into An ISO file?

As for a direct conversion program, winrar is the only thing i found that allows conversion of stuff and it can only go from ISO to RAR and not the other way around.
If it is already an ISO that is RAR'd, then unRARing it brings back the ISO which you then burn. It's not one step but painless really.

That is what I was just thinking.
IS it possible you could go into a little more detail in exactly what you are trying to do?
Fer instance... you just downloaded the new Ubuntu Live CD and its a RAR file but you need to burn an ISO.
then unpacking the RAR will reveal an ISO file
If you are backing up your game disks or something and to conserve space you copy them via WinRAR, wht you need to do is actually copy them with an ISO app then RAR them to shrink em up

i want to just quote about downloading a rar file and then making a iso file to put on my mmry card to play on my psp
