Overall I would argue that FF is more standards compliant, but there will always be differences between IE, FF, Safari, etc. I usually like to make sure my pages work first in FF (which implies it was coded correct), and then figure out how to make it work in IE. I was pretty much told the same thing at work.
Currently I'm using Dreamweaver 8, but perhaps it's time that I upgraded to the CS version? I wonder why Microsoft isn't more standards compliant given they have such a far reach within the browser market. I suppose that's Microsoft for you though...
Got it fixed, now there's only minor problems. First, for the text, the alignment won't change to the left, it only seems to work in firefox, and second, in each box, all the text goes out from the center. I can't make the text start from the top and go to the bottom of the box.
