Today I found very good, ad-free free forum, but I can not install any mod. Do any of you know how to do this?

Sure, get a paid hosting account and install all the forum mods you like.

Its free for a reason. All of the free forum sites I have ever seen limit what you can do.

Also, the site you linked to has a 24/7 support page. Have you checked with them?

Just a note.
This is the catch on the "free" forums.
Not only you don't have the possibility to install any MOD
but you also not be able to take a backup/restore of your own MySQL DB.
So if you want this for a test purpose,i can suggest you to make a dynamic
environment (with PHP,Apache and MySQL) locally in your PC.
