Redirect ALL email

Redirect ALL email

Hi Everyone,

I have a question regarding e-mail addresses. At present I have a web domain, which I can control MX/A/CNAME etc for.

Is it possible for me to create a record which will redirect ANY emails to the domain to a specific address, i.e. if someone sent an email to:

sallygreen@mydomain.com or
billybrown@mydomain.com or
tednugent@mydomain.com etc

They could all be redirected to johnsmith@emailaddress.com??

I'm aware that it is somehow possible because I have seen it done and done it myself somehow before.

Thanks :)

You can try using a catch all address.

How this is setup is depends on the control panel used for your hosting; cpanel, plesk, DirectAdmin, VHCS, ect.
