I have been unable to install this one with my current HDD configuration, and I will need to install an IDE hard drive to run it... :(

I downloaded wsl_6001.16510.070417-1740_x86fre_server-KB3SFRE_EN_DVD.iso overnight and installed it this morning. Installation went perfectly and also took only 14 minutes to desktop.

My first impression is that the OS is very stable although there are a few kinks which need fixing eh...

After installation, I made a few minor tweaks to get it running like I want. I enabled Themes in services, as well as Audio and Auto Windows Update.

Next I manually installed Realtek AC'97 Audio and downloaded the NVIDIA drivers for my 7900GT. These installed perfectly without any problems at all.

A full series of Setup and other screenshots have been posted HERE
