Got my invite. I think this Home Server OS will be a little lacking for anyone that has ever used Windows Server 2003. I have Windows Server 2003 running as a home server at my house right now and I have a local domain set up too.
One of the positive aspects of a Home Server OS compared to Windows Server 2003, is that the clients can be any version of the Windows XP and Vista OSes, they do not have to be the professional versions.

Seems like this will run on a PIII system as long as it has 512 MB Ram at install and at least a 500 MHz CPU, from what I am reading.

I can't get mine to boot off the install DVD. I have the DVD drive first in the boot order, brand new Hard Drive, new Mobo, what am I missing ........
