Installig a dual boot with Vista time issue. Is it just me?

I've noticed that whenever I have installed Vista (going way back in the betas it was the same) that even if I specify what time zone I'm in, Vista sets my XP time to PST. It's no biggie but I'm curious as to why. Thanks for any input.

I had that in a few of the Beta builds, but it seems to have gone away in RTM -- except that PST AKA Redmond time is still the default setting, which may BTW be an indicator of some minor installation/configuration issue on your rig ;)
