Here's a challenge for someone.

http://www.pro-networks.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=87377

Notice at the top of the page you see the following:
"Windows Vista News: Yahoo Specializes Its Messenger For Vista"

The "Windows Vista News" links to the forum ID as it is supposed to. And in Firefox the "Yahoo Specializes Its Messenger For Vista" links to the post as it is supposed to.

But in IE7 the "Yahoo Specializes Its Messenger For Vista" links to nothing. Anyone have any clue what that's all about?

OK, I figured it out. Still no idea why it worked in FF but not in IE though.

{VIEW_COMMENT_LINK} was a customized script meant to replace {U_VIEW_TOPIC}

By putting {U_VIEW_TOPIC} back in place, it fixed everything. Only thing I can figure is that it was an Apache issue of some sort.

I can't explain why FF and not IE would work otherwise.

Sorry I missed this one John, happen to figure out why FF was more lenient with the html given by apache?
