I've tried everything but i can't boot my XP with Windows Boot manager

I don't think it will help, cause i've installated XP, two days before I've opened this thread, and I've done everything by instructions. Maybe the problem is in XP 2007 ?? But i realy can't format it again, so can you at least tell me how to disable driver signature enforcement by default, cause everything except boot manager works fine with it.
