WordPress isn't working correctly

I installed WordPress this afternoon and everything seems to be working great except for one thing. Since I am hosting on my personal server I've used localhost for everything.

When I goto visit my address on no-ip the main blog page displays fine but the admin control (what allows me to post) and anysubpages of the blog display as localhost.

How can I get them to display as my address??? Editing the General options doesn't work either. What am I missing?
