Msconfig and Task manager on XP

Hi again everyone.
The virus still wont go, I have scanned my hard drive like a million times for it but is never picked up, and I have got the latest updates. Any other ideas?

Do you use Norton antivirus? Here's the instrunctions from the Symantec site:
