Using Address Book when creating envelopes in Microsoft Word

Postby lennyray » Sun Jul 21, 2002 7:47 pm

I have never run into this problem before I installed Windows XP Pro. Whenever I create and envelope in Microsoft Word 2000, when I click on the address book icon, I get an error message that says I am not currently logged onto Microsoft Exchange. I am able to use the address book at all other times except this one. There is no error number. It just tells me to see my administrator, which I am the Administrator and am always logged on as such. Please help me with this. Exchange has always been a huge pain in the you know what.

Thank you QNman for your immediate reply to my quandry. I should have known after 15 years of using MS products that I had to install Outlook. It worked like a charm....and yes, I am charmed by your kind, and expedient response
