By default, the NTBACKUP program is not installed on the home version.

You can find it on the CD in the \VALUEADD\MSFT\NTBACKUP directory

I don't know what other manufacturers do with their OEM versions of XP Home but Sony doesn't give you a CD or any backup program whatsoever. I use Retrospect Express - a very good program that even allows you to burn a "disaster recovery cd" that is bootable
