George, China is know for keeping secrets, and I don't believe they would be a nuclear power without at least one. I know it looks like I am paranoid about China. But if the hearings on 9-11 in Washington has taught us anything it is keep an open eye and an open mind about potential enemies. China fits in that list for me.
