How much would you pay?
I'm looking for everyone's professional opinion here. Someone has an old pc laying around and I would like to get it to play with setting up a server or firewall for a home network or something like this (I would be using Linux). I told them I would buy it off them but I'm not quite sure how much I want to spend. What do you think this computer is worth and how much would you pay? (US dollars please ) I'm looking for a quote on just the pc, no monitor or anything else, I have extra of all the goodies.
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 98
CPU Type: Intel Pentium, 200 MHz
Motherboard Name: Unknown
Motherboard Chipset: Unknown
System Memory: 64 MB
BIOS Type: Compaq (03/17/97)
Video Adapter: ATI Rage/Rage II PCI
Audio: Creative SB 32 Audio Adapter
CDROM: LITEON CD-ROM LTN403L (40x CD-ROM)
HDD: 1523 MB
Thanks for all your opinion!

That is a good ceiling. If you can grab it for less more power to you.

The primary purpose of the DATA statement is to give names to constants; instead of referring to pi as 3.141592653589793 at every appearance, the variable PI can be given that value with a DATA statement and used instead of the longer form of the constant. This also simplifies modifying the program, should the value of pi change.
