Invision Board problem

Hey guys,

I have an invision board. It wasnt going to well so i decided to totally redesign it and start it from scratch so I deleted all the forums that were there. Now i cant create new forums or catagories. I can see that i have created them in the Admin CP but it wont show them on the actualy site.
Please help!

Do you change the view so that everyone can see ... i did that before and i have to check if it view for admin and/or users.

Yes i have the catagory and forums visible.
