I found trying to vacuum it didn't get all the dust out, and you can't get a toothbrush in most of them. Since the fan is in the rear and blows out all the dusty air has to go in one end and out the other. The dust gets left behind on the way. It's scary to see all the dust come out when I give it a shot of air from the "leaf blower" shop vac. lol My shop vac can actually be converted to an electric leaf blower, the motor unit comes off the top.

I had tried the vacuum myself...very disappointed at how small the results were...Now I know what to use in the future...thanks.

I work in a machine shop and I take my computers in once every 6 months and use the air compressor at work. I used to go down to the local mechanic and use his.
