You should be able to use the Dreamweaver 4 tutorials for most of MX.

My suggestion... by a book on it that way you will always have it handy.

I just recently loaded the program and researched some books to learn it myself. So far this has the best reviews. Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 : Training from the Source (3rd Edition)

I have to aggree on getting this book,Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 : Training from the Source (3rd Edition). A developer that I work with purchased it and loves it. She said that it really lets you know what MX is capable of.

MX 2004 is extremely powerful, and actually has a lot of database features, etc. There are tons of tutorials online, check them out.

First of all, check the programs themselves. Flash and others have tutorials build right in. Next, check out the Macromedia website, they also have good tutorials. Finally, google it. There are millions of tutorials for each of the programs you mentioned, but start with the program.
