website works on 800x600 netscape but not 800x600 IE

website works on 800x600 netscape but not 800x600 IE
ok i am working on a layout for a site( http://www.injunfarian.com/test/ ) and everything is good accept for the banner... when theres no banner there the site will fit 800x600 IE but with the banner it has a horizontal scroll bar... but on 800x600 netscape it fits no problem... can anyone help me with this?

What are you using to develop that site? Are you doing it by hand or using a WYSIWYG? It looks pretty nice.

SCJwl yea when i posted the topic i gave up basically was just about to pass out in bed then i thought of something while lying down and it worked heheh...
Weaver: I am using Context which is a syntax highlighting tool for the HTML
Adobe PS7 for gfx
and Swish for the flash menu bars
Thanks yea it was the best layout i did so far... before that i wasn't very good at gfx etc at all. had the worse imagination etc. but after i had multiple gfx designers say they do this and never give me anything i took it onto myself to learn basic gfx effects etc heheh
