What type of connection do you have and how long does it take for it to load for you?

Have a T1 and it loaded in less than 35 seconds for me. ISP is Cavalier (sp) it that matters.

I am on a slow dsl connection ( 768/160 ) and it took 3 minutes to load. i will try iy when i get home, i have FiOS @ 30Mb x 15Mb.

14 seconds at my moms house on Verizon 3.3Mb X 1.5Mb connection, and 4 seconds on my 30/15Mb at home.

It only took 10 seconds on my standard cable connection.

I don't know if this helps you any but I personally dislike websites that pop open with sound when you load the page. Just a personal opinion.

Around 15-20 seconds here. I'll try again on the direct government fiber connection I have at work, fastest I've ever seen.

I like the flash, what'd you use for that? Though I do agree with the idea that music on a homepage isn't as hot as it used to be, except on social networking sites perhaps. Maybe have it off by default and let users turn it on who want to?
