Outlook 2007 and PDA problems

Postby madman045 » Mon Jun 05, 2006 10:03 am

Currently setting up all my meetings, client site visits etc.. in my calander and then syncing with my PDA, the problem is, on the PDA is has the appointment there, but its not registering it as an actual active appointment, therefore it does not show on the front screen.

But if I add them on the PDA and sync with my laptop, it appears in outlook ok and shows as an active appointment on the PDA.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?

Outlook 2007 Beta 12.0.4017.1003 connected to Exchange 2003 via RPC
Activesync 3.7.1
Ipaq HX4700 with 2003 Premium

I have multiple profiles setup, exchange, gmail etc.. however with my PDA connected, if I close outlook and then reopen it, it doesnt give me the selection to chose a profile, but logs me straight back into my exchange account...

Thanks

You might want to try out ActiveSync 4.0.........

Since downloading Office 2007, I have not tried syncing with my PDA.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I was under the impression that V4 was for the newer models and also Windows Mobile 5.

I'll recheck it and see what it says...
