Hi and welcome to PROnetworks! Vista does not use ntldr, so where is this error coming from?

ntldr is used by XP.............. how did you install Vista? Did you have XP installed prior? Is XP installed now?

Apologize for all the questions, but we need more info on your system; simply stating you got an error doesn't really help us narrow it down

If you can get into one of your OS's, please post a screenshot of your disk mgmt

I installed the Vista on a full empty drive.
I formatted it to NTFS by Vista Setup program and install Vista.
No XP, no dual boot.

Then something is definately wrong........... Vista does not use ntldr.......... only XP and earlier Windows OS's use ntldr. How many HDD's are on this system? Which one is set to boot first in BIOS?

If the hard drive used to have XP or earlier OS on it you needed to delete the partition and then create the partition to make sure all remnants of XP were gone
