NOD32 - File cannot be opened (File locked) [4]

Whenever I run a "on demand scan" there seems to be a huge number of files that NOD32 cannot access and scan :-?

Is there a reason to be concerned about this and possibly a means of getting around this or a setting to adjust?

I can read that much thanks DOD - The scan I posted a pic of is run from Drive C: and even if I boot to my other OS and run the scan from there, the same files are locked, so they never get scanned :-?

I get those same lists Grav!ty...

PAgefil, hiberfil (before I remember to disable it, and all the LOG and .DAT files...

DoD, Are you sure TrendMicro scanned them? Or just does not report that it couldn't?

They are Windows system files and are locked. NOD will not scan those files due to Winodws security. If you have Spybot S&D installed it will not scan those protected files also.

There is really no reason to scan them either. Being locked system files, I dont think a virus could modify them to run malicious code.
