Hey, I need to tell you about the new msn toolbar suite. When i used their product a couple months ago, I was disappointed. But then I heard that they had updated it and it has pretty neat features. First of all, The new MSN search IE toolbar doesn't have to be used just for MSN search, but can also be easily configured to use google or other search engines. That's right, it's actually designed to be able to use a different search engine if you don't want to use MSN search. Another feature that MSN toolbar suite has is tabbed browsing for internet explorer:

The MSN "deskbar" has also changed to what I think is a much cleaner design than before:

Another thing that's great about the program is it's desktop search, which i think is MUCH better than google's desktop search program. The way that the redesigned desktop search organizes your files is pretty neat. It shows a preview of the document, spreadsheet, presentation, text file, music file, email, picture, or other file that you have selected. The MSN search engine has also improved.

My rating: :yesnod: :yesnod: :yesnod: :yesnod: (4/5)

If you turned on the MSN Toolbar during installation of the "MSN Search Toolbar with Windows Desktop Search" package, you can turn it off very easily: Just click the "View" menu, point to "Toolbars" and then click on "MSN Search Toolbar" to toggle it on or off.

Alternatively, you can right-click on any part of any IE toolbar and get the same menu.

If you uninstall the package the toolbar should go away (along with everything else in the package!)
