I have an event id 7024 error and im having trouble figuring out how to solve this.

So far, i found this from MS:

But i have to admit i am very unsure of how i am supposed to give the account access to the registry key?

Can someone give a step by step guide please? That may be the easiest way to avoid misunderstandings etc.
