Hey guys,
One of the systems here has a nasty virus on it. I can get it up come up to the login screen, but the keyboard is disabled. The mouse works. but for the life of me, i can't get the keyboard to do anything after it gets past the Windows splash screen. (windows logo). any ideas of how i could get around this? the drive is encrypted. i've tried everything in the F8 boot menu as well.
Thanks.
Adam

try plugging a simple USB keyboard in and see if that works. If the keyboard you have is USB, try unplugging it and plugging it back in or plugging it in to a different USB port. The system should install the needed driver(s) and make the keyboard usable then.
