MySQL setup help, or something

I wish it was easier and I would have mine done. I have 1and1, setup SQL 5.0 with phpmyadmin all online and I feel liek I am lost ... totally lost.
I have the fields setup I want and then I jsut stopped due to brain drain.

Alright. Here is a step-by-step guide for 3.x.x. However, the only difference is that you will want to install 5.x.x. The only difference as far as installing is the file name that you have to get.
