My Win 7 always reboot itself

Postby strokem » Tue Apr 13, 2010 9:57 am

Hi,
can anyone help me.

I've bought a new laptop, last year i think, which is pre-installed with win 7.
after about few months, i installed another OS (Ubuntu). So, my pc is running on Dual boot.

After installing, and setup all the standard settings, it works fine.

but, after another few months, when i wanted to boot my window 7, which of course i need to select the window 7 in the bootloader menu first,
it shows the loading, n then, reboot itself. again.and.again.

i have no clue of whats happening. i'm sure i didn't do any boot setting of whatsoever related to the booting function.
anyone can help me? :question

You may have to insert the Win 7 disk and do a startup repair. You will probably loose you boot to Unbunto though.
