Ok

I started over. I deleted the policy I created and useing the default domain policy instead. I also forgot to mention that I have setup three different OU to keep my classes different/separate. I did all my setup and enabled it and linked it.

I did a login and gpupdate /force and also a gpresult. I am getting the policy but still no avail on redirecting the My Documents folder.

I am banging my head against the wall trying to figure out what I am doing wrong.

I have the home directory set to e:\users\tutor in the user profile
I have a shared folder setup as \\replogleserver\tutor (all shared folders are under e:\user\%username%)
I have the My Documents redirect to \\replogleserver\%username%
Advanced - specify location
Security group = Domain Users
redirect to following location \\replogleserver\%username%
Grant Exclusinve right

policy listed here.... temp storage...this url will be deleted in a day or so......

first thing i see is why do you have Home Folder set to local path E:?

it should be Connect to Z: and UNC Path

(where Z is the network drive letter to map to)

that should be right.
is this a migrated server or an upgrade? notice the Computers folder is just a plain folder, are your computers in there?
