Movie Maker problems
I've had problems with Windows Movie Maker since I've installed Windows XP. There are a few things that I'd like to do in Movie Maker, and working with it is near useless. It freezes, closes on its own, plays movies back in slow mo, etc.
Any idea how I can reinstall it?
Thanks!

It has been a couple years since I used it, but I think it is available as a package from Microsoft.
Mac OS 10.6.7 - Personal
Ubuntu Server 11.04 - Server

If you can't get it reinstalled, you could try out Windows Live Movie Maker. It's basically meant to take over for the built in program and likely offers a little more functionality or is at least more up-to-date and less buggy.

Is it compatible with XP? I downloaded the Live installer from the link you posted but there is no option to install the Movie Maker.

Go here: http://download.live.com/moviemaker
Then click on the Download button and RUN it.
Then deselect all the Programs and select "Movie Maker Beta".
And finally, click on Install.

Lol, seriously, the Movie Maker Beta box isn't there! In the install, all of the other programs are listed except for Movie Maker....

You can use that link whether you're in the UK or not. I think it's more a Vista/Windows 7 v. XP issue as Vista and Windows 7 do not come with Movie Maker, where XP does.

I have Vista Ultimate and Windows Movie Maker came preinstalled on here. Hence, I did not have to download it and install it on my computer.
PS: How can I delete the previous post? I made a mistake and I can't seem to delete it!
