Microsoft Office Professional Beta 1 Uninstall
Ok, so I installed the Office 2007 Beta a while back, and liked it very much. So when Beta 2 came out, I went and got it from Microsoft and went to install it. It told me Beta 2 couldn't be installed over Beta 1, so I tried to de install Beta 1. I got an error code, sorry don't remember what it was, and it shut down the de install. Now whenever I try and run the un install for Beta 1, it tells me the language is not supported by my system.
I'm on my laptop, with only 40GB of space, and I need the room, so anyone have any idea how to get rid of it?

Have you tried to reinstall Beta 1 again and then uninstall it?
Or manually uninstall it by deleting the folders or getting into the registry.

Didn't try re installing it, don't have the install file anymore.
And I already went into regedit and tried it that way, didn't work.
I do not recommend a reformat. I have looked into this with colleagues and they all agree that there are ways to do this which work that do not require a reformat.
This page will not load for me. I just get the "opening page" at the bottom.

IIRC some people have reported that the Office 2007 Beta 1 could be easily uninstalled, whilst others reported that it wanted to stick to their systems like a limpet mine
Has someone come up with an Office 2k7 Beta 1 removal method that isn't WFSNFO, but works for everyone
EDIT: link works for me BTW

I see that the Passport system is having troubles. Connect and Mail are down intermittently as well. That was the problem -- CG's link goes first to a login page.
I cannot login to Windows Live Mail or Connect either.
