messing with your mates

want to prank someone? when they walk away from their computer,
minimize everything (WinKey+D) then Start\Run
and type in "taskkill /f /im explorer.exe" without the quotes. everything will disappear except the mouse.

(oh an before they start reinstalling everything, click Start\Run and type "Explorer.exe" without the quotes.. to bring everything back.)
:whistle

I worked on a machine this weekend to rid it of spyware. he spyware had installed a BSOD screensaver. which I kept before removing the spyware.
kinda nifty displays random BSOD and the simulates a restart to another BSOD.
the spyware disabled the screensaver tab so you didn't know it was a screensaver.

if everything goes away, there is no start button to click on right? Win+R explorer.exe hit enter. Im sure this is obvious though to everyone here.

Sorry for the most certainly pointless post, but I haven't posted here in a year, and I felt like posting something. :)

alternatively to get everything back just cntr+alt+del, task manager, new task, explorer.exe. I used to do this all the time but have since upgraded to the prank windows background with unclickable icons.
