I want to know why Kate has Aaron. Did Claire give her Aaron to take off the island or did they kidnap him (which would be consistent with one of the show's themes).
The thing I am noticing is that the phone call is actually making Ben's prediction come true. Well not exactly. He said that he had made a decision that had changed the course of everybody's lives on the island (by killing off Dharma) and that calling the boat would do the same thing. Well, nobody has died yet (except Naomi lol) but the survivors that went with John are kind of acting like the Others did after the Purge. Locke has them moved in to the Barracks just like Ben had the Others do after he helped kill off the Dharma people.
It's a weird season, and as always with LOST it's opened more questions than it's answered. Why did Jack tell a fake story about being in the water and Kate saving him. Obviously the story was made to have Kate be the hero so she could wriggle out of the murder charges but why not just say they physically crashed on the island? And why do they keeping saying that only the 6 survived? Obviously they are lying because when it's just the people from the island in the flash-forwards, they mention the island and stuff but why? Did they have to reach a deal with somebody to be let out of the island?
What resources does Ben have access to? The asian dude from the boat seemed to be insulted when Ben acted like he could easily get $3.2 million. And whats up with all the passports? That scene where Sayid disvovers the passports really reminded me of the scene from the first Bourne movie when Bourne goes to the bank in Zurich and found all the passports and money. Is it possible Ben is some sort of spy? Perhaps he is involved with some sort of government? That might explain his ability to make anything happen. A plane fell out of the sky when he needed a spinal surgeon. But it also appears that Ben can leave the island whenever because otherwise he wouldn't need the passports and money, so why not just leave the island and use some of that money to get state of the arc medical care?
I'd really like to know what the deal is with the people from the boat as well. All of them seem to have some sort of connection to Dharma (except for the pilot). Is the black man that hired Naomi Dharma? Who is Sayid killing for Ben? Do you suppose that he is killing Dharma?
This show just becomes more and more confusing. It's hard to even keep everything straight. I got a friend to start watching the show and I keep having to call or text him during every commercial break to keep him informed on just what is going on. But I don't really know either.
