I want to know why Kate has Aaron. Did Claire give her Aaron to take off the island or did they kidnap him (which would be consistent with one of the show's themes).

The thing I am noticing is that the phone call is actually making Ben's prediction come true. Well not exactly. He said that he had made a decision that had changed the course of everybody's lives on the island (by killing off Dharma) and that calling the boat would do the same thing. Well, nobody has died yet (except Naomi lol) but the survivors that went with John are kind of acting like the Others did after the Purge. Locke has them moved in to the Barracks just like Ben had the Others do after he helped kill off the Dharma people.

It's a weird season, and as always with LOST it's opened more questions than it's answered. Why did Jack tell a fake story about being in the water and Kate saving him. Obviously the story was made to have Kate be the hero so she could wriggle out of the murder charges but why not just say they physically crashed on the island? And why do they keeping saying that only the 6 survived? Obviously they are lying because when it's just the people from the island in the flash-forwards, they mention the island and stuff but why? Did they have to reach a deal with somebody to be let out of the island?

What resources does Ben have access to? The asian dude from the boat seemed to be insulted when Ben acted like he could easily get $3.2 million. And whats up with all the passports? That scene where Sayid disvovers the passports really reminded me of the scene from the first Bourne movie when Bourne goes to the bank in Zurich and found all the passports and money. Is it possible Ben is some sort of spy? Perhaps he is involved with some sort of government? That might explain his ability to make anything happen. A plane fell out of the sky when he needed a spinal surgeon. But it also appears that Ben can leave the island whenever because otherwise he wouldn't need the passports and money, so why not just leave the island and use some of that money to get state of the arc medical care?

I'd really like to know what the deal is with the people from the boat as well. All of them seem to have some sort of connection to Dharma (except for the pilot). Is the black man that hired Naomi Dharma? Who is Sayid killing for Ben? Do you suppose that he is killing Dharma?

This show just becomes more and more confusing. It's hard to even keep everything straight. I got a friend to start watching the show and I keep having to call or text him during every commercial break to keep him informed on just what is going on. But I don't really know either.

I still have a feeling that Whitmore Industries formed Dharma. And that this is their revenge on the man who purged them. That'd explain why they've been looking for him, but not the other survivors. I think they were genuinely surprised to find them on that island. And the only reason they DID find the island was Desmond imploding the hatch. Remember the scene where Penny's people find the signal? And when that Naomi landed, she had a picture OF Desmond/Penny. No way that was by chance.

The Whitmore's have to be involved somehow. And it's who I think Sayid is working against Ben for in that last episode.

As for why Kate has Aaron, lord, who knows. That was a so-so episode, but I about fell out of my chair when I heard here say that at the end.

I do find the repetition funny like you mentioned.

Ben purges Dharma and turns on his own.
Ben leads the others.
Juliet purges Ben's people and turns on her "own"
John leads the new others

But did they kill ALL of the others? It seems like we're missing a lot of people still, like Richard (the guy that doesn't age).

In fact, I also have noticed watching Season 3 again that Ben jokes with Richard about "you do remember birthday's don't you Richard?" - So he DEFINITELY does not age like we all suspected. I've often wondered if he's got some tie in to Jacob. And who the hell IS Jacob anyway? That's what I want to know.

I continue to be most interested in the same issues Locke is. LOL

I guess the official story (from what we know now) is that Dharma was formed by the Hanso Foundation. It's founder, Alvar Hanso apparently offered all the funds researchers would ever need if they came up with a program like the Dharma Initiative. Apparently the DeGroots (I think from the University of Michigan, but don't hold me to that) were the winners with the Dharma Initiative.

But that doesn't mean the Widmore organization couldn't have done it as well. Perhaps the Hanso Foundation was funded by the Widmores, in addition to Alvar Hanso. That would explain the huge amount of technology on the island.

Yeah I haven't seen them play into the Hanso thing in a while now. But that's a good point.

So it's Widmore? LOL, guess I've been saying it wrong.

Ok, after watching THAT episode.. as Hurley would say, "Duuude!"

Wow, that was something else.

Anyone happen to catch the date the "Black Rock" went missing? LOL, how long has Rousseau REALLY been on that island? I'm gonna have to go rewatch now.

Some are speculating the numbers being entered was keeping the island "caught up" shall we say.

Oceanic 11 must have been gone for 4 years, even though to them it's still the same year right now. Because Kate's mother was sick BEFORE she crashed and she told Kate they've been telling her she has 6 months for the last 4 years. And now Penelope just told Desmond she's been looking for him for at least three years.

Rousseau wasn't on the boat the Black Rock - she was on a different boat. But it would be a cool twist if she had been lying about where she had come from and she actually had been on the black rock.

Is it faster or slower? I think it's been both now that you mention it.

There's definitely something funky with magnetism involve. People healing, not aging, etc. Something tells me the women dying getting pregnant comes into play too.

It's weird, but I can actually see them starting to pull this together. We've still got another two seasons though, so they've got plenty of time.
