If you have misplaced or lost the email you received from us containing the download link to the software you purchased, then we will gladly reissue the download email for you. Additionally, if you have attempted to download the software more times than allowed by the store's automated system, we will reissue a new link at your request up to (1) one time.
To request a new link or for us to renew an existing link you MUST contact us using the Contact Us page on the software page. Please include the transaction number so that we can expedite your request.
Please do not post requests for new download links in the forum. Those threads will be removed so as not to clutter the support and troubleshooting topics.
