Lost 2 boots while trying to add a third with VBP3.1 Help!?

So are you done with me? Hope not.
All I want to do is get back to where I was. Conditions were:
1. XP and VistaB2 as my only two boot options.
2. Booting RTM required me to have the DVD in the drive and then it ignored the other two which booted into RTM without any options.
