Little advice needed on buying a motherboard
Ive received so much help over the months so hes a liitle bit more help and advice needed
Sorry if this isnt in the right place couldnt see where else to ask it.
just wondering if any of you tech guys could have a look at this motherboard kit and give me some advice if its worth the price and whether the features are good.

its the one on the bottom of the intel P4 list
I wouldn't go after this mobo. So many diasdvantages. No 800FSB , no PAT , SiS chipset.
Unless these specs fit your case totally , don't buy it.

I would agree. Either some of the information is inaccurrate or these people don't understand fundamentals.
Allegedly the CPU they are selling you is a P4 capable of an 800 MHz FSB (4 x 200 MHz = 800 MHz) and then they are pairing it with a board only capable of 533 MHz FSB (4 x 133 MHz = 533 MHz). Like I said, either incaccurrate or a lack of understanding price and performance... Which this place claims to be good at...
There isn't anything wrong with SiS, they have produced some of the best price/performance chipsets in the history of chipsets. The SiS 735 was IMHO the greatest price/performance chipset available for the Athlon for a good year or so. However, ECS really botched up the manufacturing when they put the SiS 735 on their K7S5A. However, the board was a great one when you received one without manufacturing defects. (The only point of this paragraph is to defend SiS).
Personally, I would recommend purchasing your components from a supplier like Newegg, Mwave, or ZipZoomFly.

The primary purpose of the DATA statement is to give names to constants; instead of referring to pi as 3.141592653589793 at every appearance, the variable PI can be given that value with a DATA statement and used instead of the longer form of the constant. This also simplifies modifying the program, should the value of pi change.

Cheers guys this is for my brother whos building his own and everything he buys will fit around the mobo which is the greatest outlay regarding price so getting the mobo right and decent spec is top priority.
Took a look the sites mentioned all american based would you know of any uk based supplies that any members know of or any motherboard kit that if you had the same amount of cash you would purchase. Then i could use that as a starter to look around uk companies.
