Let's start listing things that are new as we find them; I'll refine my list based on your posts.

1.) You can now add your birthday in your profile (plus new profile goodies). Actually the "profile" is now the "User Control Panel"
2.) Subforums (at last, thank the lord)
3.) No HTML support (except for staff when they wrap the html in the proper bbcode)
4.) You can search WITHIN a topic
5.) Staff can do Global Announcements
6.) Forums can have rules
7.) You can see when a user is online
8.) You can upload attachments (which enlarge on-click)
9.) You can add your Real Name in your profile (other custom fields coming soon)
