d*mn... and that dome was smooth... how the hell did those winds get under the metal roofing? I mean holy crap. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if reports show winds at CAT5 strength... they might upgrade the landfall estimate. It was awful close....

Half the darn sensor got blown away... that's why data is so hard to come by right now. All the stations were destroyed almost. All the buoy's are gone too from it's path.

Man and if this had been a little farther to the west it would be even worse. They are saying the part of NO that was hit worst with flooding was the eastern suburbs. They just had a reporter on CNN that said you can hear people calling for help and they can't get to them, in NO.

Yeah I was just watching some of the aerial views of NO on Foxnews.

You can see some stuff here online. <a href='http://www.wdsu.com/index.html'target='_blank'>WDSU</a>

They have live streaming coverage there.

Radio DJ's here in Orlando said that 80% of New Orleans is flooded because a dam that held up a lake had broken apart. :no

They said it's still flooding the city.

And you can expect to see higher gas prices... this is an oil rig under a bridge. That's not where it belongs... :confused It WAS in the Gulf.

<img src="http://www.pronetworks.org/main/images/blurb/oilrig.jpg">

They said gas could go up another .20-.30 cents A GALLON by the weekend.
