In the web of time, I'm one behind your leader and his spouse, I'm one ahead of your Administrative Officer and her spouse. Dhaka, Bangladesh is my negative. My true spatial negative is the deep blue yonder that's not to far from my aforementioned timelonelyness.

Look beyond the map:

I'm about to reveal my thoughts about the answer, thoughts I have shared with another member. I know this is worth 1000 points, but as I have shared it is not the points but the hunt.

Well the moon is always on the move duh. So I think Geo wants its location at Midnite. By location he wants it is latitude and longitude.

I think that's correct; the moon for the "when" (Full), and it does have a place in the eclipse (98), but I don't think that is the "answer" per se to the location in minutes (Lon/Lat) of the "sister of Isabela"

Now that I know the answer, I can say this... you guys are getting really warm. I've heard one of you is pretty red hot in regards to knowing the answer. You were just missing one piece of the puzzle. But several of you are getting warm.

LOL, some of you are off in space... no pun intended.
