I already have a law, and it is monitored and enforced by my wife, that when I BBQ, I have to have a beer or actually a couple (sometimes I stretch it out to three beers) until the BBQ is done.

I am seriously considering applying the same law to when I cook chili, because there is nothing better when you sneak a couple jalapeno's while cutting them up, than a deep sip of beer.

I voted yes, and I think that congress will pass the bill but Bush will probably veto it  Not sure what the positions are of Obama and McCain

Don't you need a license to make chili already?

They would probably say no out of the side of their mouth that didn't have the beer in it. LOL
