Try this command IF you can confirm that it is the last entry on your boot menu. According to what you posted it should be:

bcdedit /delete {0d2fb031-320e-11de-bfec-9954f68a61f4}

You can just copy and paste the command from here into you elevated command prompt and then press Enter.

Yes this indeed deleted Windows Recovery Environment. Thankyou very much Gravity for helping me to delete ramdisk options and Windows Recovery Environment from the Windows bootup at startup.
