Cool

I lived in Memphis for about 4 years while getting my BSME and then working.

whoa! guys, my vid count is through the roof! You can stop viewing now, lol!
I asked here and a couple other places for people to watch, and boy, it worked!
I would, however, appreciate a couple of nice comments left in the comment section of the video, like Jojo did.
thanks guys!

Guys, the contest is now over, and although the results won't be announced until the 21st, I have the most views! Thus winning the lifetime membership for video lessons! I have 1713 views and my closest competition has 380. So thanks for all the views!
Still don't know about the DVD lessons yet, but that wasn't what I was going for anyway. :P ^*^ ^*^ ^*^ ^*^

At this point, I can play about 6 songs good enough to be recognizable, lol. I can play " Every Rose has its thorn" all the way through ( super easy, only 3 chords ) I can do "Knocking on Heavens Door", "Wild thing", "Jack and Diane", "Back in Black" ( its a MUST for all players, I think its the law that you have to learn it ) and "Last Kiss".
I am working on, and can play parts of "Freebird" ( the intro so far ), "Proud Mary" ( the F chord is killing me! ), "Wanted: Dead or Alive", "You Really Got Me" ( Van Halen version ) and "Sweet Home Alabama" ( The intro, once again ).

With Proud Mary is the F chord is killing you or changing from the G chord to the F chord ?

It's the F chord. I just can't seem to get it yet. I've been trying to substitute an Fmaj7 ( I can do that one ) but it's not the same. I just can't get my index finger to cover two strings at once while still keeping the other two fingers in place without muting. :bashhead
