Connect to the Internet. Go to your start menu. Click "run", type "cmd" and a dos command prompt will appear. type "ipconfig" and it will reveal your IP address subnet mask and default gateway. Also type "ipconfig /all" and a lot of cool information will appear. :D

Sometimes that doesn't show your public IP, but a private one. In that case you'll have to look for a web service that shows your IP.

In order to display the Public IP address you are behind you might want to try going to www.showmyip.com. This will reveal your public IP address.
