Well if you figure all those people posing have a vested interest to keep their body in that shape, it's their full time job. I know myself if I devoted more time to eating right and working out I could look better, but it's something that's not that important to me. I know some really nice guys that have won bodybuilding competions, and they have the same hangups and problems we do. It's just in a prettier package. :P
